The Committee on Rules moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:
Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 48-- Requesting the Division of Highways name bridge number 30-65/5-1.08 (10523) in Puritan Mines, Mingo County, the "Rev. Glen and Gladys Merritt Bridge".
